Vukasin has a PhD in Food Process Engineering from Wageningen University in Netherlands where he conducted research on the next generation of sustainable alternative proteins. He has a broad understanding of technical and commercial business in the feed and food sectors. Vukasin is a passionately committed leader in sustainability and circular economy with a proven track record, including talks, published papers and patents.
